Over the past several years, I’ve been been exploring the cuisines of the Caucasus Mountains and the Black Sea, concentrating on Georgia and Southern Ukraine (with some detours into Iran and Central Asia). This passion project became a series of pop-up dinners and cooking classes called Salt & Pomegranates. While I no longer hold these public events, I’m excited to bring my wondrous feasts to your special celebrations.
